Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing/Handling and Shipping Times

  • Processing & handling time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders as well, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Shipping Options

  • Free Delivery: Most of our items have free shipping as the standard offering.
  • Customer Pays Delivery: Some items are so awesome that we want them to be available to you even though there are shipping costs. For these items, you will pay the actual cost of shipping.
  • Restrictions

  • All sales are restricted to the United States of America as shipping costs can be complex and pricey otherwise.
  • Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • Returns/Refunds

  • Buy with confidence! We have a 30 day refund policy. This policy covers items that are defective or DOA and items that are not as described (wrong item shipped).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the item after receiving it for any reason. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Returns are accepted for items that do not fit the description (AKA wrong items sent) or for defective items ONLY!
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
  • If you haven’t received a refund you are expecting, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the “Contact” page.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Other Policies

  • We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the item after receiving it for any reason. All emails will be answered within 2 business days. If you do not receive a reply, please re-send your email and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
